Reactor Protection Device NSR-377

NSR-377 is a digital reactor protective device realized by the microcomputer. It can be used as a complete set of electric quantity protective device for HV shunt reactors within the voltage levels of 220kV~1000kV. The following figure shows the typical configuration of NSR-377 reactor protective device in 500kV system reactor.

  • SOE contains 1024 input position change reports, 1024 self-check reports and 256 operating reports.
  • The disturbance records contain 64 fault reports and 64 fault oscillagraphic records (the format of oscillagraphic records is compliant with the internationally recognized COMTRADE files).
  • Support multi timing modes: pulse per minute (1PPM), pulse per second (1PPS) and IRIG-B code timing.
  • 3 Ethernet interfaces and supinterfaceing IEC 61850 or IEC 60870-5-103 protocols
  • 1 RS-232 communication serial interface for printer
  • 1 RS-485(EIA) differential bus interface for timing signal input
  • 1 Ethernet interface for computer-aided software ARPTools for device testing and configuration
