Integrated Supervisory Control System RT21-ISCS

The Integrated Supervisory Control System RT21-ISCS, which was developed independently by NARI, represents today's most advanced level of rail transportation automation. The system comprehensively analyzes domestic and international rail transit demand and its development trend, and makes full use of the latest computer technology and software platform results chronic accumulated by NARI. The aim is to highly unit progressiveness, stability, openness and flexibility of the system, enrich functions, improve its performance, make the interface friendlier, and to improve its quality.

 

Basing on the train operating, RT21-ISCS deeply integrates communication signal and other key systems, and adopts a distributed structure cased on a multiple-domain network. Moreover, it is convenient for expansion and the maintenance, and provides powerful furtherexploited tools, to meet the individual demands of users. It also uses Middleware Technology to make it possible for the system to be used on different hardware and operating system platform. In this way, the problem about system dependence on hardware product can be solved, and users have nothing to worry about.

 

RT21-ISCS adopts a design model of "platform + application", being able to achieve a variety of applications, such as substation station monitoring, station environmental control, Integrated Supervisory Control, and transit netTCC based on a set of software platform with configurable application model. This is achieved through the application of different configuration module. In addition, the system firstly truly achieved the target of "One set of software, one time of maintenance, applied across the whole line", reaching the international leading level.

 

RT21-ISCS can be used in the Integrated Supervisory Controlsystem of urban rail transit line, Substation automation system, and the equipment and environment monitoring system.

 

RT21-ISCS can also be used in the command center platform of urban rail transit, and the integrated automation system with traffic commend as the core.

Flexible configuration

RT21-ISCS uses a modular design and has a flexible configuration, and all kinds of engineering specific logic processing modules can be configured. Moreover, it can make full use of the dynamic characteristics of script language to realize the differences among different engineering. The system can also be used in different occasions, such as substation automation system, environmental control system, ISCS, and TCC Network. It is suitable for different scaled urban rail transits, integrated transportation hubs, network control center, and other projects.

RT21-ISCS fully makes use of computer, communication and other new technologies. Including Multithreading, communication middleware, business graphics software, memory real-time database, panoramic scale database, dynamic scripting language, etc.

 

Standards followed

The design and development process of RT21-ISCS are in full compliance with IEC61970, IEC60870, CORBA and other technical standards which are widely used in the industry. It has a long-term maintenance and an interoperability of heterogeneous systems.

 

Across platforms

RT21-ISCS has the abilities of cross-platform and heterogeneous platform operation, it is able to stably support mainstream manufacturers’software and hardware platforms with reliance. What is more, the server and client can use different hardware, and also hardware and operating systems from different manufacturers can be used between servers. High reliability

RT21-ISCS follows and meets GB50490-2009 (RAMS technical specification of urban rail transit). Redundant configuration is used in key positions like system server, database server, front-end processor, and network connection, etc. Meanwhile, the seamless switching between two units can be ensured.
